Shipping Policies

Things to note:

1. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate.

2. WhoClayedThat will not bear responsibility for lost parcels if the shipping address entered by the customer is wrong/inaccurate.

3. We require 2-3 business days to pack and dispatch your orders.

4. You can track the status of your parcel through the SingPost mobile app or via www.singpost.com

Self-Collection (for local orders only)

• In light of Covid-19, self-collection will be suspended until further notice.

Local Shipping (Singapore) Price

• SmartPac Tracked Mailing: $3.50 SGD
• Complimentary SmartPac tracked shipping for local (Singapore) orders $80 and above in a single receipt. Use code “FREESHIPPING” during check out.
• Estimated delivery time for local orders (shipped through SmartPac tracked shipping) will be around 1-3 business days. 

International Shipping Price

• Registered Shipping: $15 SGD
• Excess shipping fees for international orders will be refunded, if any.
• For international orders, there is a delay in shipment from Singapore due to Covid-19. Please refer to this article for more details regarding the shipment delays/suspension to your country.

Customs & Taxes

WhoClayedThat will not bear responsibility for any customs and/or import taxes. These fees, if any, must be paid by the customer in order for your parcel to clear the customs.
